It is late. It has taken me 3 hard hours to write 3 pages which say my boss is detrimental to the efficient and cohesive operation of the business. You can’t just say that though can you?…no it takes three pages dolled-up as a production report, a lot of tact and a bloody good poker-face.How do you tell Napoleon he lacks people skills, and that weird hand-in-the-tunic thing he does is making the troops nervous?
